Ken Rehfuss, President

Ken Rehfuss, LEED AP, brings twenty-seven years of experience in providing extraordinary renovation construction projects and services. As a talented entrepreneur, he has created an organization that places high value on quality and timely performance, integrity, innovation, and collaborative design processes with customers. The trust and credibility that he has earned with hundreds of clients is embodied in this vibrant construction company.

Prior to starting RKR, Ken served as Vice President and Director of Renovation for Bozzuto Construction, where he experienced the thrill of renovating old apartments and turning them into attractive communities. His move to Bozzuto came after serving as Project Executive for Clark Realty Builders, where he provided construction management for large high rise apartment communities.

Ken’s previous executive experience was in Kentucky, where he served as VP of Operations and President of two companies, producing yearly construction services valued from 12 million to 100 million dollars. Under his leadership, these companies produced single family homes in two markets, and received national recognition for excellent construction practices and customer service. He also managed industrial construction projects, serving clients such as The Gap, United Parcel Service, and Harry and David.

Ken has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The University of Kentucky. He worked his way through college as a construction laborer on commercial and residential projects. His values haven’t changed much as he evolved from a laborer to a construction executive. His actions everyday embrace the belief that there is no greater satisfaction than achieving success through honest dealings and strict adherence to the view that in order for you to gain, those you deal with should gain as well.
